Appia is a publicly traded Canadian company in the rare earth element and uranium sectors. The Company holds the right to acquire up to a 70% interest in the PCH Ionic Adsorption Clay Project which is 40,963.18 ha. in size and located within the Goiás State of Brazil. The Company is also focusing on delineating high-grade critical rare earth elements on the Alces Lake property, and exploring for high-grade uranium in the prolific Athabasca Basin on its Otherside, Loranger, North Wollaston, and Eastside properties. The Company holds the surface rights to exploration for 94,982.39 hectares (234,706.59 acres) in Saskatchewan. The Company also has a 100% interest in 13,008 hectares (32,143 acres), with rare earth elements and uranium deposits over five mineralized zones in the Elliot Lake Camp, Ontario.

Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company. Its main focus is the Spius copper porphyry property located in the Nicola and New Westminster Mining Divisions, British Columbia. Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. has an option to earn 60% interest in the Spius property from Pacific Ridge Exploration Inc. upon fulfilling certain milestones.

Ares Strategic Mining identifies and develops potential mining projects. The Company strategy focuses on identifying projects requiring relatively small capital investment, which it can quickly progress towards production and cashflow.  

Argo Gold is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company.  The company’s core gold assets are high-grade gold projects in northwestern Ontario; Uchi Gold Project and Talbot Lake.  In 2022, Argo branched out into oil development because of significant opportunities in the Canadian oil patch.  In 2023, Argo participated in 3 development oil wells in the Lloydminster area of Alberta that are all on production since December 2023.  In 2024, Argo will likely continue to participate in development oil at its current oil projects, Lindbergh and Lloyd.  At the Uchi Gold Project in the Red Lake district, there are multiple mineralized trends where Argo has identified high-grade gold mineralization at the Woco, Northgate and Raingold Zones.  The Uchi Gold Project is considered to be highly prospective for additional high-grade gold mineralization at depth.  There was a 25-year hiatus in exploration before Argo Gold initiated activity in 2017.  In June 2020, Argo acquired the Talbot Lake Gold Project in the Pickle Lake district where there is a known 50,000 ounces at 14 g/t Au in quartz veins starting right at surface as well as known gold mineralization in the associated banded iron formation.  At the Talbot Lake Gold Project, Argo has over 23 line kilometres of targets for banded iron formation type gold mineralization similar to the nearby Musselwhite Mine (over 20 years of 200,000 ounces annually).  Prior to acquisition, the Talbot Lake Gold Project has been sitting dormant in a uranium company for over 20 years. 

Argyle Resources Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, staking and evaluating natural resource properties in North America. The Company currently holds an option to acquire up to 100% of the Frenchvale Graphite Property located in Nova Scotia, Canada and owns 100% interest in the Pilgrim Islands, Matapedia and Lac Comporte quartzite silica projects in Quebec, Canada.  Argyle is engaged in a research partnership with the National Institute of Scientific Research (INRS), a high-level research and training institute funded by the Quebec government to conduct exploration programs on the Company’s silica projects. The Company was incorporated in 2023 and its head office is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Asante is a gold exploration, development and operating company with a high-quality portfolio of projects and mines in Ghana. Asante is currently operating the Bibiani and Chirano Gold Mines with detailed technical studies at its Kubi Gold Project. All mines and projects are located on the prolific Bibiani and Ashanti Gold Belts. Asante has an experienced and skilled team of mine finders, builders and operators, with extensive experience in Ghana. 

Ashley Gold is focused on creating substantive long-term value for its shareholders through the discovery and development of world class gold deposits. Ashley currently holds an option to earn 100% interest in the Ashley Mine Project, subject to a 2% royalty. In addition, Ashley has acquired 100% of the Santa Maria subject to a 1.75% royalty. Ashley is actively searching for additional high potential gold properties to add to its portfolio.

Ashley Gold is an early-stage natural resource company engaged primarily in the acquisition, exploration, and if warranted, development of mineral properties. The Corporation’s objective is to conduct efficient and economical exploration on its growing portfolio of high-quality gold projects, currently focused in northeastern and northwestern Ontario within the western Abitibi and the Eagle-Wabigoon-Manitou Lakes Greenstone Belts.

 

Atco Mining Inc. is a Canadian broad-based mineral exploration and development company. Atco is currently focused on its principal mineral property, being the May Lake Mineral property, comprised of two mineral claims with a combined area of 7451.45 hectares, located in the province of Saskatchewan.

Athena Gold Corporation is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Excelsior Springs Project, located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, approximately 45 miles southwest of Goldfield, Nevada.

Auric Minerals Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the process of exploring its mineral property interest in British Columbia and holds an option to acquire up to a 100% interest in three mineral claims covering approximately 1,906.95 hectares, located in the Trail Creek Mining Division, British Columbia. Auric Minerals Corp. was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
